Dangerous goods transport

ADR loads and the carriers equipped to take them. ADR is a structured listing field, so the wrong matches drop out immediately.

In dangerous goods, half the conversations end with the carrier not holding ADR. So ADR is a flagged field here rather than a line in a description: filter, and only the carriers who can actually take the load remain.

An ADR certificate, like a licence and an insurance policy, carries an expiry date. When it passes, the mark drops automatically rather than hanging there until someone notices · an expired document displayed as current is worse than no document at all.
